Hello. I have a site which has been tested by numerous reputable services as being clean. Yet Norton keeps flagging the wordpress admin files (eg /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) as URL Blacklisted. I have submitted numberous false positive reports but I get no response from Norton. Help.

Hi. I do not wish to publicly post the name of the website. But its a wordpress based site. The front end of the site loads without any blacklisting. It is when the file located at mydomain . com / wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is called that the blacklist message pops up. This file is the same file used on millions of other wordpress sites.
@katieflowers Is your version of Photo Gallery version 1.8.22 or later?
SA
I am not using Photo gallery on that wordpress site.
Also yes, I have submitted numerous false detection reports to Norton. I do not get a reply. I have also tried to add it to the my site tool under the safe web area. When I try that it tells me it cannot add the site and try again later.
