Cannot get code to open Chat

Issue No Code Number issued for CHAT

When I request a CHAT, I am sent to a screen to request a code. When I click to request the code, nothing happens.

Yes, it is my “Generate Code” that does nothing. I use EDGE browser. I did not receive an email from Norton following my reqest. The screen did not say anything about email. I was thinking the code would show on the screen following my request.

I have not had any problems previously using my email with Norton. I have used CHAT in the past, but have never been required to request a code before now.
