I have been trying to install my Norton 360 Multi-device on my laptop but for some reason the product key is not validating. I have installed onto my desktop without issue. Why would the key be recognized on one device and not another? I want to use this on my Android as well but am apprehensive.
What security software was on the laptop before you tried to install 360?
If you have it installed on the desktop, you should be able to log into your Norton Account from the laptop. Then click on the Download button beside the 360 Multi subscription . That will download and install a preactivated copy on the laptop, no key required.
