The only case that I can think of where you could not do most of what you said ID Safe will not let you do is if your license has expired. On the main UI of NIS - does it show the correct number of days left on your Subscription status? Does it match the date listed in your Norton Account? Can you open NIS, Click on Support (upper right hand corner) and then select Subscription Status from the drop down menu - once it runs does it come back with the same nymber of days as shown on the main page of NIS?
I am curious about this situation, as even if yur license hs expired, you should stillbe bale to log into ID Safe. The other things you tried should not work. Let us know.
