I am simply trying to open norton 360 to activiate the license on my samsung s8. I keep trying to log on to norton through the app, but i've entered my username and password 10 times and all i get is a white screen with a black circle circling, it never goes beyond this. I've also tried logging on with a security code and get the same result. Can anyone help!!
