Cannot login or uninstall

Hello I´m having a lot of trouble with norton family lately. I cannot login to the family web site, not even from different computers or browsers, I always get a server error or server unavailable message. This happens in chrome, ie and firefox eben on different computers, so it must be something related to my account, please help my childrens computer is unprotected and I cannot do anything about it, not even uninstalling or reinstalling a new version.
