I am using v.2.0.0.21. I uninstalled the app, & reinstalled it. There is no change. I was getting a logon page, which appeared to only partially load. It did not accept my password, which I'm sure is correct as I use the Login Vault whenever I'm on the desktop. I've even asked for the password hint, which is as I thought.
I'm also concerned as I try to solve this problem, I discover features I wasn't aware of, which explains why members have been asking for manuals for all software and mobile apps. Considering the apps which I can't get to function or can only partially understand; I believe I should scrutinize these apps more before purchasing. A downloadable PDF file will go a long way.
