Cannot open history or safe cam

I can not open history or safe cam in security but can open scans and live update.

Windows just got done updating last night to 21H1

Please help or I will have to contact help and the last time I did I was on the phone for three hours

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Long-standing issue. Seems like Norton hasn't fixed it yet.

Cannot access Settings sometimes | Norton Community

The only solution is to restart PC and wait for Norton to fix this issue.

Please run Norton LiveUpdate several times + machine Restart (not Shut down).  No joy.
Please try Help > Help Center > run Get Support....just to see any message.  No joy. 
Please try another machine Restart (not Shut down).  No joy.
Please try temporary turn off Norton Product Tamper Protection + machine Restart (not Shut down).  No joy. 

You may need to refresh your Norton install since, sounds like you received major Windows update.  Maybe, major Windows update glitched your Norton install.  

Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

Norton Remove and Reinstall tool is used to uninstall and reinstall or remove your Norton device security product on Windows.
