Cannot open identity safe vault

My Vault is not working, it is just looping from Get Started Sign In screen to the Norton 360 Premier sign in screen, and then back again (JUST LOOPING) never opening up the Vault.  My subscription is NOT expiring, I do not need to purchase any new upgrade, I checked for the online free (as in part of service for purchase product) upgrades, it tells me that I am current. I am using windows 10. This happened after a Norton update.
