I have been using online family and safety minder for a few months now and everything was working fine unitil a week ago. The “doggie” icon turned red and said that setup was not complete. i clicked on it and it appeared to download an update. It removed the icon and saety minder, but never installed an update. Now all i get is a “compressing error log” message that takes me no where. I really rely on this software and now I can’t use it. Any ideas on what went worng and how i can fix it? I am running Window XP. And using Firefox 3 as my browser.
