Cannot register account

Hello,

I have just purchased the Norton 360 Multi-Device, but have troubles when trying to register. Whenever I start my PC up, in the bottom-right corner I get a message to register to get advantages (see attachment 1). However, when I then choose to register, and provide my email (the same email as I used when buying the product), it works for a while on the task, after which I keep receiving the error message seen in attachment 2. Is this something you can help with?
