Cannot sign-in to Norton

Hi,

I just subscribe to Norton today, I can sign in on Norton Web but i cannot sign it through my Norton apps at all. Already follow any possible solution at the forum but nothing give me the expected result. I already run live update and make sure my Norton is the latest version 22.20.5.39
My internet is fine.
Fast start already off. Reinstall 3 times already but nothing works. Live update is running properly. my biggest problem is only cannot sign in!
I am working on my DELL laptop G7 7588 windows 10
I am thinking to start my refund process if it can't be fixed.
Can someone help me find the solution?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have fixed this in Norton Security 22.21.1.151. Could you please let us know if the fix works? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out.
I already try to follow your instruction, but I am not really sure which log that I need to upload in C:\programdata\nortoninstaller\logs Installer , So I compress everything inside that folder and I'll send it to you.
I also already finish doing checking through Norton MAT, and it said 'the data file already successfully uploaded'

Unfortunately, I already try that method also following some step i saw on the other post.
Some post that I saw also saying that we need to update it to version 22.20.5.39, and it fixed their problem.
But in my cases, I still cannot connect saying : an unexpected browser error has occurred.

Try another reinstall using the Norton Removal and Reinstall tool from    www.norton.com/nrnr   Use the Advanced > Remove Only option. Restart your computer and then log into your Norton Account at   https://my.norton.com   Click on Download and follow the instructions to 'Install on this device'. Then be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.
