I cannot start up Norton Antivirus. I keep getting an error message saying that I'm missing file "api-ms-win-service-core-l1-1-0.dll".
I have searched my computer and the file does exist but it is hidden, and even though I am the administrator on the computer, I cannot un-hide the file as I don't have sufficient permissions.
Is this a virus?
Does anyone know how to solve this problem, please?
