I have a new PC, win8.1. I have installed the NIS that I had on my old win7 PC but I am constantly getting Error 3039,65553 and also message, 'Your PC is not protected by Sonar Advanced Protection' on my new PC. I have tried to switch on Sonar but the slider always returns to Off. I tried to download the Norton Removal Tool but that was refused by my PC. Any help or advice appreciated.
