Cannot uninstall Norton Utilities 15

I removed norton utilities from my computer a few days ago since I had only downloaded it for a 30 day trian quite some time ago. I figured since it was a separate program from the Norton 360 I actually purchased and used, that their would be no problems. Since the uninstall, Norton 360 has been giving me alerts that I am not protected and when I try and fix them, I get all sorts of error codes that usually bring me to the uninstall/reinstall option.

 

After trying that option, I get the warning that I need to manually uninstall Norton utilities 15, however there is no trace of it in my list of programs since I have already uninstalled it. In another post someone suggested using just the uninstall tool, and this program is giving me the same message to manually uninstall utilities.

 

I have hit my wall of frustration, someone please help!

Hi,

 

please try to reinstall the product again, and rerun the uninstaller. Maybe it left some files or settings behind.

do you have other Norton products on your machine?

Also include please which Windows OS do you have.
