Ok, I'm absolutely going crazy.
I've bought Snow Leopard for my mac, and my Symantec Antivirus will not work with it. It was provided/required for me to have downloaded on my computer while I lived in the dorms on campus, but since I live off campus now I don't need it. I kept it for a while, but now all I'm getting is errors and I want it off my mac.
When I open the Symantec Solutions folder, I DO NOT see a Symantec Uninstaller! I've downloaded this file: symantec_uninstaller102.sit MANY TIMES, but every time I open a bunch of random text just keeps popping up. Like this:

I've tried following this multiple times: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/num.nsf/docid/2005051716291611?Open&docid=2002110814042611 but I don't see the uninstaller in the folder, and I can't find where to download it AT ALL. And I don't know what I need to open the .sit file, but I'm going crazy. I want Symantec off my computer very badly. And I can't find an uninstaller on my college's website. Can anyone help me?
