i've narrowed the problem down to my Norton Security Suite (for comcast customers). i can upload using ftp, upload to youtube, upload to s3 aws/amazon storage site AND everywhere else when Norton is NOT running. so, i need to know how to configure Norton so i can do all the above with Norton up and running 100%? i did not have this problem prior to uploading Norton latest install. (my prior Norton "settings" were not changed during upgrade.)
