I have Norton Security Deluxe (5 devices) on my main PC and I have also installed Norton on my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro and Samsung Galaxy Young 2 mobile phone. I have not been able to backup my contacts on both mobile devices. Sometimes I am able to access the log in page for my Norton account but all this does is go around in circles loading and asking me to sign in to my account. It can do this many times before I give up. I have now had a reminder message that I need to back up contacts. However this has proved impossible. Just occasionally and rather than the repeat cycle of loading/sign in/loading/sign in, I see a general server error message (-6) saying that there is an error which Norton is working on. I have had this problem since 17 January 2016. Everything else on Norton mobile security appears to be working well and on both devices.
and you just need enable usb debugging on your phone
As long as you understand the risks of doing this. This feature being disabled by default is a security feature of the Android system. There are apps that do not require this be disabled.
