Canon MG5320 Scanner won't scan

I have a Canon MG5320 wireless printer/scanner connected wireless. Since installing Norton 360 my scanner has stopped working. Printer works find. After extensive troule shooting by a Canon technical rep, he said it was most likely a port problem.

He said the following are ports necessary for your printer to function properly:

Ports

TCP 80

TCP / UDP 8611

TCP / UDP 8612

TCP / UDP 8613

UDP 3702 - (Windows 7 / Windows Vista)

I have Windows 7 operating system. I disabled both Norton anti-virus and firewall. Windows firewall is not enabled. Did not solve the problem. I tried hooking up the printer with a USB connector. Printer still worked, scanner did not. How do I determine if a required port is being blocked? Thanks.
