My Canon wi-fi camera allows me to upload pics to the Canon iMage Gateway, a cloud server, when I am away from my home computer. The Canon software utility (image transfer utility or ITU) that automatically downloads pics from the cloud to my home computer, however, will not start. I suspect my Norton Security Suite is blocking the ITU from establishing an internet connection, which keeps the program from starting. Is there anyway that NSS can tell me whether this is happening? Where do I find that information? And, how will I know how to fix it so the ITU will work?
