My old computer crashed so I can not access it. When adding Norton to my new computer I accidentally deleted my old crashed computer name as a protected device. I now can not access the cloud backup as the old device does not show up in Manage Devices and only shows backup for my son's active Protected Device.
I tried Norton chat and Facebook - seem to be robots that just repeat Google search results, but no one will say if they can reinstate my old device into Manage Devices and would this then allow me to access the Cloud Backups. Thank you very much!
