Can't Access OnLine Backups

I loaded Norton 360 today and when I try do the step where I access my online account, I get a message that I need an internet connection which obviously I have.  I have rebooted twice, turned off the Firewall, and unblocked Pop Blocker.  I still can't access my on line account.  I am frustrated and frazzled.

did you try to un install 360 and restart your pc and re install 360 that’s how i fixed it and uninstall windows live that’s is mostly the problem 2
