I just recently bought a 1 year Norton product key from a retail store. I'm trying to set it up on https://www.norton.com/setup and when I click 'Enter Product Key' it doesn't even load the next page and literally just stays on that page as if I had not clicked the link. I'm having this same issue with both my laptop and on my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this? otherwise I'm gonna go get this refunded, shouldn't be this hard

I may have misinterpreted the OP. It seems that they did not get to entering the key. So suggestions to turn off VPN and ad blockers is the first thing to check.
As you did enter your product key at the setup page, try logging into your Norton Account and check your subscriptions to see if it did get registered. If it did, just download your product to your devices. Downloading and installing to a Windows system will install a pre activated copy of your product. Installing on a mobile device will take you to the appropriate app store. Install from that app store and during the install process, look for a Sign In, or I already have a subscription link and tap on that to sign into your Norton Account to activate your product.
