Issue abstract: Cannot activate subscription purchased through TechSoup
Detailed description: For over a decade we have purchased our Norton products through Tech Soup. This year the instructions in the fulfillment email were we had to let our product expire before renewing. We have reluctantly done so. Now we cannot renew without paying which we have already done through Tech Soup. Can I renew without paying again?
