Can't add new key in dashboard by instructions given

I have "Norton Small Business". A 10 license. It's expiring and I bought a new license from a Norton vendor for the same but for 20 licenses. I got the email from Norton with the key. It says open your Norton product and choose help and "install key". But I don't have any product on my PC. The licenses have been used to have Norton on 10 android phones in the company. Mine is not one. I manage them all by going to the my.norton.com/dashboard. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on that dashboard to install a new key. I get the impression from some help files I might be able to go to each phone and do it one by one. That's a pain, and I'd have to send those users emails with instructions and that always leads to a lot of "can't do it, please help". There's go to be a way to get the new key in one place and have it apply to all, isn't there? Thanks.

Please let us know how it goes.

You can always post a suggestion for more control over mobile products in the Product Suggestions board https://community.norton.com/forums/product-suggestions

Thanks Peterweb for trying that. I'll trying letting them expire and see if just clicking activate will do it. If not I guess I redo each one. Clearly something Norton needs to address. What's a dashboard for if you can't do things like this?

The issue you are going to run into is that Norton mobile products are not designed for remote management.

I just tried removing the license from my Android tablet using my Norton Account. Then when I started 360 on the tablet, it showed a message about activating the product. I tapped the Activate button and it went out to my Account and activated itself. So from that experience, I can suggest that when the current subscription does expire, have the users tap on Activate if that page comes up. At that time, it may show a page showing the activations available. Have them tap on the new subscription for 20 devices. Or it may just pick up the new activation in your Norton Account like mine did in testing.

Hopefully it will work like that for you.  If not you may have to try to get to each device to activate by signing into your Norton Account on that device.

Peterweb, thanks. Gets me part way there. Now my subscriptions show two, one of 10 licenses about to expire, and one of 20 licenses unused. But individual device info shows them as on the old subscription and about to expire. It kind of looks like I would have to install the new (maybe uninstall the old first) on each to get service to continue on them. There's got to be a better way, isn't there? Thanks.

Try www.norton.com/enrol .  That will take you to sign into your Norton Account and then you will see an option to enter a new product key.
