Hi All,
Just updated to NIS 2010 from 2008, and started filling in all my log-ins (never used them before, but with 2010 I decided to switch from RoboForm). Most sites work just fine, but https://www.fidelity.com fails to offer to save my log-in. When I create a log-in manually, it won't auto fill the Customer ID and PIN fields. Any ideas? Note: RoboForm had problems with this page also but they were able to fix it after several go-rounds.
I'm running Vista SP2, 32bit, and IE8
Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. The solution provided by jlatino0 may have worked in 2008 for the problem described (I had this exact same problem using RoboForm in 2008, and they were able to fix it without a workaround on my part.) but with NIS 2010 the problem is different.
The problem I have is that Identity Safe does not seem to recognize that the page https://www.fidelity.com is a log-in page. If I delete the log-in (from manage log-ins) then navigate to the page, fill in the fields and click the log in button, Identity Safe does not pop up the offer to save the log-in. Even when I follow the second procedure recommended by jlatino0 it does not work. If I create a log-in manually, I can use the Identity Safe toolbar Cards & Log-ins to navigate to the correct page, but it still does not fill in the customer ID or PIN fields.
Any other ideas?

Found another log-in web site with similar behavior. Navigate to http://www.zdnet.com and click on "Members login" (just below the search box). This pops up a Log-In window. Fill in the e-mail address and password fields and click the Log In button. Identity Safe does not pop up the offer to save the log-in, nor will a manually created log-in fill in the e-mail and password fields.

Sadly, no. Phil_D's instructions are how to maintain Identity Safe functionality with out having the Norton toolbar visible. I like the Norton Toolbar because it gives me quick access to all the password protected sites I use via the Cards & Log-ins button. Anyway I tried using Phil_D's instructions and they did not affect the (mis)behavior of log-ins at https://www.fidelity.com, or http://www.zdnet.com.

Hi gtalbott,
Since auto-fill is working fine with other websites but not with the two websites you have mentioned, the problem may not be with auto-fill, but with the websites themselves; auto-fill does not work due if the website is not designed properly in the way it handles scripts or if Adobe Flash is being used for the login.
