Can't cancel subscribtion

I can’t cancel my subscription. I tried earlier but Norton does not let me remove my subscription.

My subscription should end on 23-11-2024 or at least November. and when i tried multiple times to request removal of my account i got denied. And now today my subscription pretty much life-updated when i was watching my subscription details. Which means i probably will get billed… i didn’t even recieve a message before payment.

can i still cancel and get a refund. Atleast make it so pple get a heads up before payment. & have a system in place to actually have the chance to cancel the account. Instead of forcing us into a automatic refund system?

So, is this reversible.

Cancel my subscription immediately do not take money out of my account, I have already contacted the bank re: scamming.

I am also unable to cancel my automatic annual renewal subscription. I tried online and I also called their support hotline. They were unable to do it. I was on the phone for 35 minutes. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to cancel my annual renewal subscription. Norton security is a massive scam. Don’t use it anymore. switch to another security provider. Do it now before it is too late.

Like I said above Norton Security is a scam. The probably don’t even provide any PC security at all. I just tried that link and it brought me to the same page I have been staring at for the past two days. There is no link for managing renewals to click on and making phone calls to their support hotline does not work either. They kept me on phone for 35 minutes last night. Transferring me around. I am sure I detected laughter in the background. They said they would get their billing department to contact me instead I got an email today in Japanese!!!. I plan on reporting Norton to the FTC. Someone needs to take a stand against companies like Norton who make it easy to sign up for subscriptions but make it literally impossible to cancel them. Stay away from Norton if you are reading this.

and you’ve tried to reach Norton support via Social Support | Chat | Phone

I do not see active subscription renewals. I see manage licenses but that is it.

After the hassle to get in touch with support they reversed the subscription.

I finally got this sorted. Or at least someone sorted it for me at Norton. Took a lot of effort though. Should not be so difficult. Would love to have an explanation.
