Can't change anything with new version of NIS on standard user account.

I'm getting very frustrated with this more recent version of NIS(with backup), which was installed to replace Norton 360 due to subscription expiry.

I use a standard account on my PC, with N360 I could change a few settings, and restore quarantined files (which I got a lot of due to Nortons amazing abundance of false-positives), so I did not have as much of a problem with it. However with this version I am unable to so much as look at my settings as a standard user, let alone change any settings or restore quarantined files on my standard user account.

I would like to know if there is some way to allow my standard user account have full access to Norton settings so that I do not have to keep account hopping to change the smallest things.
