I have just loaded the Norton Lifelock in the past week on a new computer but I can't download either iCloud or Facebook to my computer. I have tried from both the Microsoft store & from their websites. I have never had problems like this with a virus protection program & now sorry I purchased it. I have not added it to the 4 other devices since I've had so much trouble. Reading comments in the community only think there are going to be even more problems. Of course although they say 24 customer support there has been none available for past 2 days anytime I have checked. Please help. When I download iCloud it completes but when I try to open it says it has not downloaded properly. I have tried to repair with no success & have uninstalled & reinstalled several times with no luck
