For those of us with dialup, we keep getting disconnected by dialup service when trying to download the 89 MB update to Norton AV. I've been trying for four straight nights to download the whole thing and it won't, before my service cuts off. I tried using the "intelligent" downloader, but that is not working either. It seems that it should download some, then maybe reconnect, and download more, and then more, if necessary, but it keeps starting all over from the beginning each time. I'm at my wit's end and can't deal with this much longer.
