Can't download Norton subscription

hi, I have Norton 360 gamers running on an old laptop, it renewed my subscription in October ( charged approx £50) so it’s active and that computer is protected. But I’ve bought a new laptop and when I sign into my Norton account theirs no download link, it says my only subscription is a password manager.

Plus if I can’t change my renewal settings I’m going to keep getting billed every year for something it claims I don’t have. im completely lost I spent all evening trying to sort it but I’ve giving up.

@PLW Regarding the OLD laptop: *Open Norton settings and review whether you have “remote management” enabled. If disabled, enable it and reboot then recheck.

On the new laptop:
-What is the OS and its version/build?
-Does it run an ARM CPU?
-Does the OS run in S mode?
-Are you logging into the OS under admin credentials?
