Yesterday I bought Norton Antivirus gaming edition. I also added Norton Utilities since it was $10. I was able to download the Antivirus. But the Utilities doesn't show up on the mynortonaccount.com. I got the email comfirming my order with Utilities showing up but can't download it off the web site.
It was purchased on Symantec web site and the email did give a download link for both the Anti Virus and Utilities. But both of links went to mynortonaccount.com with Utilities not showing up on the site.

Thanks for the update. This is kind of strange. There should be a link saying Start Download in the email which should take you to a page where you can enter your order number and password to access the download link.
Ok, here is a link to Norton Utilities trial version. This is the full installer and will be activated using the product key which you can find in your email.
