Issue abstract: Entering the Key

Detailed description: Hello I purchased Norton 360 Deluxe from Staples. I have the product key but can’t find where the correct place to activate it. I found a place to add the product key but when I add it the software says they need a additional info then sends to the Norton web site where it wants me to purchase $120 for the same renewal I just spent $30 on at Staples. I don’t know why Norton makes it so difficult

Product & version number: 24.12.9725 (build 24.12.9725.902)

OS details:Win 10

Hello @mistermv
Please post progress

Sorry for the delay. I had to sign up for automatic renewal then the software let me proceed. I think next year I will go to a different protection. This business practice is BS.

You can always purchase one or more year of subscription from third party sites like Amazon etc for a much cheaper price and then activate it. Then you can contact Norton support to transfer that subscription to your existing subscription. It just takes a few minutes to do so.
