Only after booting the computer,win 7 enterprise sp1,Norton 360 premier, adblock plus,and opening F.F. 47.0 does a pop up window appear which keeps reappearing @ every startup. The address bar info can't be altered, window can be closed, reappears next boot. Scans don't help, nor does malwarebytes.
