For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to log into the Identity Safe. Did you change something, when I try to log in with my password it seems to lock up. Additionally I have the VIP Access on my smart phone and when it asks for my 6 digit pin for the verify token, the wheel spin for a while but then I'm back at the log in screen. I'm getting pretty frustrated I have great respect for the program, but lately I'm about fed up. Please can someone assist me in solving this issue. I have gone through the forums but don't seen any recent entries, the latest one I can find is from 2013. Any assistance will be appreciated, but if I don't get any assistance I will be installing the program, pretty sad after over 15 years of use.

Are you trying to remote access?
I checked another computer on my network and it seems that it is just one of my machines. I will try to reinstall the program and see if that fixes the issue. Thank you for your prompt reply.
