Can't open D-Link Router coinfg page

As per the maunal I enter http://192.168.0.1 in IE9

 

It gives me a generic message that it can't open the page.

 

Can someone point me in the right direction.

 

I have tried adding that address to trusted sites in IE.

Have you rebooted your computer?

 

Unplug the router for a minute, then plug back in.

 

Now try to access the router again.
