Not sure if I chose the correct label.
This morning (0530, Jan 16) I tried to open NIS. My vault wouldn't open. Went through the Sign Out/Sign In process no luck. Did the RnR. Got that done still cannot open my vault.
Says my acct locked due to too many attempts. Tried to log in to Norton Server would accept my pw. Reset pw and still can't open my vault.
What next?
