Can't reach customer support

I received an email on Sunday morning at 8AM stating my subscription had automatically renewed. I didn’t authorize that. It said I previous email had been sent to me but their wasn’t one in my Inbox. I did a search and found it buried in my Unread folder which has never happened before. I was able to to get to something on the Norton site and it gave me a support Phone number and a verification number. When i called that it said my verification number wasn’t recognized and they dropped the call. I want to cancel the renewal and get a refund but I don’t want them to screw up my current subscription that doesn’t run out for another month.

I have tried to find someway to talk to a live agent but the Norton web site just takes you in circles.

Any ideas?
