Anyone else have this issue?
Using Norton 360 Premium on Windows 10 Pro x64
In My Norton, Device Security is showing 'Issue loading your status' and clicking 'View Devices' gives an error "Device Information Unavailable, We are unable to retrieve your device information at this time. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please try again later." Also, in 'My Subscriptions" I can't remove License/device from 'Manage Licenses' section. This issue started about 1 month ago and I was told that my issue was escalated to a technician but that was almost 1 month ago as well. It's not an issue on my end because I've uninstalled Norton 360 using the uninstall tool and did a fresh install as well as fresh Windows install multiple times. It's a back end issue. I'm getting tired of not getting any real support from Norton. Thinking Bitdefender may be the way to go.
I am having the exact same problem. It was escalated on 10th june but still nothing, i have been on chat again 5 mins ago
Told them they really need to get it sorted as I have licences to manage, when I pressed the handler further he said they are trying to fix it, I dont know whether he said that to pacify me or was telling the truth, either way if they just came out and said its a problem their end and they are working on it it would save a lot of hassle.
I am an IT consultant and I know the problem is their end.
Thanks PVidal but it's been almost 30 days and issue is still there. Btw, I'm an IT Admin and it's funny that Norton was suggesting for the first few days that this was an issue on my end. Still waiting for Norton to contact me as I've tried multiple times, even on Twitter with no response.
I had that issue only a couple of times, then, next day, gone. Yes, get frustrated as well, specially me, that I am a computer programmer and I need to understand what happened that there was an issue and now is gone... :-(
Also, just for FYI, Bitdefender Parental Controls is similar to NORTON but is less stable than NORTON. The setups an apps were easier to deactivate under certain circumstances. This is why I turned to NORTON to test this solution. I have few months - I believe - and I am still testing this. I guess that, by the time I decde which PC software to use, my kids will be onld enough and I would have to stop in my research... :)

Getting "Issue loading your status" from My Norton > Device Security. If that does not work, please try again later.' This have been going on for about 1 month. I am also unable to delete devices from My Subscription > Manage Licenses. Norton support is useless.They said they escalated my issue and that was over 3 weeks ago. Anyone else have this issue? I know it's not on my end because I uninstalled Norton 360 using the Norton Uninstall tool then did a fresh installs multiple times and even Windows fresh install multiple time. This is a back end issue at Norton. Maybe Bitdefender is the way to go. Anyone else have this issue?
