Can't Renew my subscription for Norton Antiivirus

Hi,

 

My subscription finishes at the end of the week and I have attempted to renew my subscription but I continually get redirected to this site: http://buy-static.norton.com/estore/html/StoreError.html. 

 

I'm using a Win7 computer, I'm currently away from home studying aboard in the Caribbean. I'm not sure if that might have something to do with it but I don't think it should.

Try to purchase renweal manually from the link www.symantecstore.com. Then select Upgraes and Renweals. Select the product and try the purchase.
