I purchased NSW 16.8.0.41 renewal two weeks ago, copied the registration number from the e-mail into the "enter registration number" box, and rebooted. I've repeated that process and my NSW is now expired. You've made it increasingly difficult to get timely help, as I go back to your first version of Norton Anti-Virus, and I don't find an answer for my problem among the current postings nor is there anyway to contact Norton directly. What do I do when your system won't update my registration and none of the published answers give me any more information on how to fix it?
