I have been on with tech support with no help with trying to fix a problem with trying to run a full system scan. Norton's will scan to a point and then freeze. I can't close it unless I reboot. When it freezes up it slows my computer way down. Tech support has uninstalled Norton's and reinstalled it, ran disk check and still it does not do a full scan. I have used Norton's for years, but if I can't fix this I won't pay for it again. I am running Norton's on windows 10. Anyone have a solution?
