Can't run viber on windows

I have the message app viber on my computer — it worked in the past with no issue

now, when I run it (I also did a clean install) when it started up it telled me there is no internet connection which is NOT the case –

to make sure it is not a a/v issue, I tried to suppend a/v and firewall for a few minutes to see if vibe would not connect – but when looked at the context menu from the the n360 icon in the system tray, the option to suppend a/v was gray’ed out – so I COULD NOT suppend a/v but was able to suppend the firewall —

why is n360 graying out the a/v/ option?

Do you have the app properly established on a mobile device? That is the pre-requisite to use it on PC. Are there any entries in your Norton history that show Norton is blocking the app? Did you also reset your Norton firewall, reboot the machine and retest?
