Can't see pc client on my webpage

I have installed the Safey Manager client on both of my kid's computers, but only one shows up on my webpage.  When I go onto the pc that doesn't show up and try to manage accounts, it asks for my email and password...but it keeps saying that I entered them wrong. Yet, if I click on the 'disable' feature, enter the same email and password, it disables it!?!?  why is it not working for managing, but is for disabling??

 

At one point it said that I needed to add the PC to my account, but when I get on 'onlinefamily.norton.com' I don't see any place to "add" a PC to the list.

It sound likes like the PC hasn't been added to your Norton Online Family account yet.  Let's uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the PC.

 

Please remove the network cable first then try to uninstall/reinstall NSM.  For details, please read the post at http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?b oard.id=OnlineFamily&message.id=1155#M1155

No Joy.   It says that it needs to uninstall Safety Minder first, trys for a bit, then it "Collecting logfiles..." and says it can't uninstall it and I should reboot and try again.  I reboot the PC and try again with the same exact results. :(

I would suggest you to use Norton Removal Tool to remove Norton Safety Minder and then reinstall it. You can download Norton Safety Minder from here.

Removal tool finally got it uninstalled, reinstalled Safety Minder, working great now.  Thanks for all the help :)
