Can't send emails unless I turn "Email Protection" off

Hi, ever since I have had Norton Internet Security I can't send emails on 1 of my 3 computers, two have Norton, all 3 have McAffee, the other Norton PC is OK. Both are XP Home Windows versions. Nortons Support advice did not work. Thery were meant to phone but never got a message, although I am not home all the time. I can only send emails if I turn "Email Protection " off. No problems reveiving emails.

Thanks Dick, that appears to work first time, without reloading Norton. I had Mcaffee free from my previous work, but it wasn't updating properly anyway - so Norton guys don't know this? Anyway, appreciate your help - Murray
