Can't sign in to Account

We have used Norton Family for several years.  Now I can't sign into my account at all, either on my computers (to temporarily disable the program) or into my account online either.  Since I can't make needed changes to our family's account nor do anything else, we are really up a creek.  I began to think I was getting the pasword wrong and hit the reset password option and entered my email address.  No email ever came (yes, I checked my Spam box).  DId it again with same result.  My husband and I have used three different computers and can't sign in on any.  Please help!

Can you please try again and see if you are still experiencing the same issue? We resolved an issue which was experienced this morning. If you are still seeing the issue can you let us know what kind of machine you're on and what you are seeing when you try to sign in? Thanks.
