Can't uninstall Norton Product Installer

I have a new Windows 11 PC.  Yesterday,  I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions software  and it had the "Norton Product Installer" hidden in the installation package.  There is now a Norton Product Installer shortcut on my desktop and a Start menu item for Norton Product Installer.  I also see that, the Norton Product Installer downloaded programs in my Windows Programs folder on my "C" drive. I don't want this program on my computer.  If I delete the desktop shortcut it comes right back.    I have also been unable to uninstall the program because there is no Norton program in my Windows Programs/Apps  list.      I have tried using the Norton NRnR.exe program in Advanced (remove only) Mode but it does not work.  I also tried running NRnR.exe as the administrator and with the computer in Safe Mode.   I also disabled my Onedrive Backup.   Nothing works.   Please help this is very frustrating.

Did you download the software from this site or another?

As this installer got installed as a PUP with your Adobe product, I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/
