Can't uninstall Symantec AV 9

I recently got Norton AV 360, which won't install because it found another version of Norton or Symantec.

It took me forever to delete Symantec, but was finally able to by using Windows Install Cleanup.  So, Symantec no longer appears in my list of Programs.  But, it's still there.  I can find a Symantec folder in my Programs folder.  But I can delete it.  So, i still can't install Norton 360.  Help!

Additionally, here are the instructions to manually uninstall Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 9.0 yourself.

After you have it uninstalled, then try to reinstall Norton 360 again.
