My computer has been running very slow for a while so i checked the norton online help section and it suggested i uninstall Norton Internet Security and then re install as i may have older versions of norton already installed. I downloaded the norton removal tool, but when i run it, it comes up with the following message " The following programmes were found on your computer. These must be removed through "add/remove programmes" before Norton Removal tool can proceed - WinFax Pro".
I searched everywhere and can't find WinFax Pro on my computer, so how can i remove it?

When running the Norton Removal Tool, you can get this WInFax message if Norton Online Family is installed. Uninstall NOF, then run the removal tool.
Do you have Norton Online Family installed? If yes, please try the steps in the following KB article:
Norton Removal Tool alerts that you have Symantec WinFax Pro on your computer when you run Norton Removal Tool to uninstall Norton Safety Minder
If that does not work, or if you do not have Norton Online Family, then try the following steps:
Make sure that you take a backup of Windows Registry before performing these steps.
Click Start > Run.
In the Run box, type regedit, and then click OK.
In Registry, search for the entry delrina.
delete the entry, and then run the Norton Removal Tool.

In the Registry Editor, you can use Find option under Edit menu for searching. I have already provided a similar thread in my previous post, where you can find the possible locations of the key.

I have backed it up but when i tried to delete it, it wouldnot let me. Came up with a message "unable to delete all specified values" Any ideas what to do next?
Restart the computer in Safe Mode, and then try to delete the key. Make sure that you delete only delrina key. Do not delete any other registry keys or values.
