Cards & Logins - missing some logins

I have a login that does not show in my browser's (iExplorer 8) "Cards & Logins" drop down menu.  When I select "manage logins" the full site/login info is there with no restrictions. From within the "manage logins" menu, it looks/lists exactly the same as all the logins that work.

 

Any ideas ?

    I tried logging into the site with the wrong password multiple times, and answering NO to "Update your login/ Would you like to update your password for this web page?"  prompt, and never saw the "ID Safe will tell you that it's going to reset itself and restore itself to a 'fresh install' state."

     

    The steps are unclear, for instance in step 2/3 - what is "the program" - Identity Safe or the website?

    "The program" refers to Norton Identity Safe.  You need to log into Identity Safe with the wrong password twice to reset it.

    Ok, I can force Identity Safe to reset. After the ID Data resort, it still does not show all the websites in the drop down.

     

    Strangely, my user name is unpopulated but the password is populated. No idea why.
